5. Notifications & how you’re alerted

Scalio Nexus can announce lifecycle events to Microsoft Teams and by email. Which events go to which channel is chosen by your administrator (per‑event routing):

Event	Example
Onboarding completed	A new hire’s account is ready
Offboarding / account disabled	A leaver’s access is revoked
Other changes	Password resets, license/group changes
Failures & errors	A workflow that didn’t complete

If you’re not receiving expected alerts, ask your administrator to check the channel’s per‑event toggles and (for email) that a scoped send policy and recipients are configured.
