1. Signing in¶
You can sign in two ways, depending on how your administrator configured the console:
- Microsoft single sign‑on (SSO) — click Sign in with Microsoft and approve with your work account. This is the usual method once SSO is enabled.
- Local account — enter the email and password your administrator gave you.
First SSO sign‑in¶
The first time you sign in with SSO, you are given the Viewer role by default. An administrator can elevate you (Operator/Admin) if you need to run changes.
If sign‑in is blocked¶
- Blocked SSO attempts are recorded in the Activity log for your administrator.
- If you cannot sign in, contact your administrator — do not repeatedly retry, as brute‑force protection may temporarily lock the account.
Tip: If your organisation enforces SSO, the local login form may be hidden.
