2. Your role & what you can do

Your role controls which actions are available.

Role	What you can do
Viewer	Browse dashboards, the directory and logs. No changes.
Operator	Run onboarding, offboarding and everyday changes.
Admin	Everything, plus manage settings, the Microsoft connection and notifications.

If a button or tab is missing, your role probably doesn’t include that permission — ask an administrator to elevate you.
